Visiting town and stopped for breakfast and coffee. What a lively place! The ambiance is awesome and we loved the layout. The Cuban coffee is amazing and the breakfast burrito was fantastic. Note the food portion size was rather large so we shared. Will definitely we back!!

BEST gluten free spot in the springs. So many delicious pastry options, and delicious sandwiches. I will probably come here every time I visit the springs going forward. Also, it’s a great spot to bring a book or your laptop and just get some work done. Or for happy hour. All the things!

Great spot. Great food. Fantastic coffee. Friendly and efficient staff, good atmosphere and very popular. Great spot to have lunch with a friend. Could be decent to study or do online work at, a little crowded and loud.

Eat here (Gluten Free or Gluten Loving)! This place is awesome! We stopped here on the way to Red Rock Canyon because of the good reviews. Our teas were excellent as were our sandwiches. It’s a healthy priced meal but so worth it for us. I had the mother clucker and my wife who is gluten intolerant said her sandwich with house made GF bread was great (“soft and toasty like regular bread”).

The Exchange on Tejon is an excellent place to work, eat and drink some coffee. We had a few hours to kill while waiting for our flight, and I'm glad we spent them here! Food and coffee were delicious. Highly recommend The Cowgirl salad and Zombie White Espresso Latte. Service was fast and very friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing with plants everywhere. It's quiet enough for work or study. Highly recommended!

Everything tasted fantastic! The spinach artichoke empanadas were my favorite. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean.

Our cappuccinos were really good. A lot of places can’t tell the difference between a cappuccino and a latte but this place killed it. There was plenty of froth and a strong coffee. Service and atmosphere was also splendid. Plenty of seating room!
